35th Annual Fall Foliage Cancer Conference

Welcome to the registration site for the 35th Annual Fall Foliage Cancer Conference being held October 20-21 at the Omni Grove Park Inn, Asheville, NC. 

Select your registration category below: Choose Physician or Allied Health (includes NPs, PAs, Radiation Therapy Techs and other non-physicians) and select the 2 Day or 1 Day option (choose Friday or Saturday only). Residents/Fellows can register at a discounted rate but no CME credits are provided.

Payment Option #1: Pay by credit card. There will be a 3% credit card processing fee added.  Payment Option #2: Pay by invoice or check. Mail check to avoid the 3% processing fee. Deduct the 3% fee from your total check amount.

Statement of Need and Target Audience:  A faculty of physicians, distinguished as teachers and oncologists, will share their knowledge and experience at this two-day seminar. The course is designed to give the practicing physician a review of the current treatment management of breast cancer.

Conference Location and Accommodations:  The conference will be held in the Sammons Wing at Asheville’s historic Omni Grove Park Inn on Friday, October 20th and Saturday, October 21st. Those wishing overnight accommodations are asked to make their own reservations with a hotel of their choice. The link to the Omni Grove Park Inn room block is Omni Grove Park Inn Reservations.

Tuition:  The registration fee includes tuition, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and syllabus. We accept credit card payments or checks can be mailed to the foundation office. Checks need to be received 7 days prior to the conference. Credit card payments must be received 48 hours prior to the conference. On site registration is available. Credit Card payments are processed through Stripe. Download this registration form if mailing check.

Accreditation Statement: This live activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Arizona Medical Association (ArMA) through the joint providership of MORE Foundation and Community Cancer Education, Inc. MORE Foundation is accredited by ArMA to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Statement: MORE Foundation designates this live activity for a maximum of 10.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ASRT: The American Society of Radiologic Technologists has approved this activity for Category A credits. You must attend all day to receive credit.  Friday  4.75   Saturday  7.00
